If you prefer working out at home to high-tailing it to the gym, there are TONS of options out there, no matter what type of setup you've got. One popular at-home workout video series is Focus T25 (also called T25), which promises to deliver the same results as an hour-long workout in just 25 minutes. The idea is that everyone can squeeze in a 25-minute session every now and then, making it perfect for even the busiest of people. Here's everything you need to know about the T25 workout.
What It Is
It's created byShaun T, the super-ripped personal trainer behind DVD workout favorites Insanity, Hip Hop Abs, and the CIZE dance program. You might recognize Shaun from late-night infomercials, or his motto, 'trust and believe.' Shaun is one of the coaches at Beachbody, the company that brought us P90X.

The program is designed to last 10 weeks and is broken down into phases. The alpha and beta phases involve five different workouts, no equipment required. People who love the program can also purchase the third phase, gamma, but those exercises require some weights. How It Works
When you're following the program, you work out six times a week. For the first four days of the week, you do one workout a day. On the fifth day, you do two workouts. Day six is a rest day, and on day seven you do a stretching video. Most of the exercises are cardio-heavy, and there's a good deal of bodyweight work, too.

There's no resting. Because the workout is only 25 minutes, every moment counts. So expect non-stop interval training—as Shaun T says, 'you can rest when you go to bed.'
You don't count reps. Instead, you do as many of the exercises as you can within the given time slot, usually 30 seconds or a minute. This makes the program more accessible to beginners. T25 offers a proper warm-up and modified exercises, which is always important. If you're prone to certain injuries, make sure you modify.
